Modern Slavery Statement
Statement for the Financial Year Ending: 2025
Date of Approval: October 2025
1. Introduction and Commitment
SportClassic Agency & Advisory is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships. We maintain effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place anywhere in our business or in our supply chains.
2. Our Business and Supply Chain
We operate as a high-end advisory and agency business specializing in classic automobiles. Our supply chain is predominantly limited to professional service providers, including legal counsel, logistics specialists, storage facilities, and restoration experts. Given the high-value and professional nature of these services, the risk of modern slavery is assessed as low.
3. Policies and Due Diligence Processes
We operate the following policies that underpin our approach to tackling modern slavery and human trafficking:
- Whistleblowing Policy: We encourage all employees to report any concerns related to unethical conduct, including modern slavery.
- Supplier Due Diligence: We conduct due diligence on all new business partners and suppliers. We expect our suppliers to adhere to the same high standards of ethical conduct we maintain.
4. Training and Communication
We provide training to key staff involved in procurement and vendor management to ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains.
5. Our Effectiveness and Next Steps
We review our policies and procedures annually. Our future steps include formalizing a code of conduct for suppliers to explicitly address labor standards.
This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act **UK** and constitutes SportClassic Agency & Advisory's modern slavery statement for the financial year ending **2025**.
